Job Summary
Handles day-to-day technical facility operations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems while guiding technicians to ensure smooth and safe functioning of all equipment.
Execute and supervise daily technical operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG, fire systems) and perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory guidelines, and assist in energy management and upkeep of documentation/reports.
