Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for supporting the customer's video conferencing environment through on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
  • The successful candidate must provide Move, Add, Change, Delete (MACD) support including installing and configuring Poly video equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required as this is a direct, hands-on, customer-facing position.
