  • Work collaboratively with Centers of Expertise to ensure proper administration of human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Advise on all HR matters such as policy interpretation, performance management, training & development, employee relations, communications, team effectiveness, and compensation & benefits administration.

  • Experience completing multiple projects
  • Comfortable with high volume workload
  • Manufacturing and IT industry experience
