  • The staff nurse plays a critical role in staff engagement , the patient experience, quality and safety, and cost effective care.
  • Harding 3rd floor is a 24-bed psychiatric behavioral health unit at Harding Hospital specializing in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, with particular expertise in psychotic disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder.
