Job Summary

  • Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated regions, formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects business objectives.
  • Partners with the legal department, provides day-to-day performance management guidance, and works closely with facility management and HR to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
