Job Summary

• This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our manufacturing and supply chain strategy, embracing innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.
• You’ll oversee multiple plants and co-manufacturing partners while serving on both the Custom Culinary® US business Unit Leadership Team, as well as the Supply Chain Leadership Team for Griffith Foods.

Matching Summary

Salary

Base: $170,000 - $235,000; Bonus/Equity: potential discretionary bonus, target of 25%; Benefits: Medical, Rx, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Plan with Company Match, ESOP, PTO, etc.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
• 10+ years leadership experience
• Experience leading full supply chain function
• Hands-on Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma expertise
• Experience developing CAPEX plans
• Current residence within commutable distance to Lombard, IL
