Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to enable and support project delivery through the capture and analysis of user and business needs, ensuring project outcomes are aligned with the service vision and business strategy.
Key responsibilities include analysis and requirements definition, impact analysis and estimation, business solution design and development, benefits evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and business change.
The role involves working closely with Business Change Managers and improvement teams with identification of BAU enhancements and associated solutions to ensure that defined project outputs are delivered and benefits realised.
