Key Requirements
Master's degree or higher
3+ years of experience in database management, programming, statistical modeling and/or machine learning
Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field and 7+ years of experience with assessment development or Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and 4+ years of experience with assessment development
3+ years of experience implementing pre-hire assessments from within large organizations
3+ years of experience communicating technical results to non-technical audiences
Experience writing technical documentation that aligns with relevant legal and professional standards
