  • The primary purpose is to assist the Chief Disciplinary Hearing Officer in managing all functions pertaining to disciplinary hearing processes within the NC Division of Institutions.
  • In the absence of the Chief DHO, this position serves as the lead agency authority for offender disciplinary matters and directs processes within the Offender Disciplinary Section.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or criminal justice
  • Three years of experience in correctional programs management

  • Current North Carolina Department of Adult Correction employee or eligible RIF candidate
