Job Summary

  • The CCA provides direct patient care and unit activities under supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN); practices within the Department of Nursing standards; and adheres to UAMS clinical programs, policies, procedures and standards and guest care guidelines.
  • Work hours require 32 hours a month as negotiated with the Clinical Services Manager (CSM); with a maximum of 1400 hours in a 12-month floating period.
