Job Summary
Manage and govern end-to-end staff travel operations, covering hotel accommodation, vendor management, billing, reconciliation, and compliance.
Ensure uninterrupted availability of hotels in line with operational requirements and rostering needs, acting as the SPOC for all staff travel-related operational issues.
Supervise billing desk operations, process transactions in SAP, ensure vendor payments are released strictly as per contracted rates and approvals, and support month-end closure and audit requirements.

Key Requirements
