Job Summary

  • The Principal Product Operations Lead is a high-visibility role supporting the entire Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team, building and optimizing the "engine" behind our technology solution organization.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $150,900 USD - $226,300 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $143,400 USD - $254,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Strategic Program Management, or Management Consulting
  • 10+ years of professional experience in strategic project directing with Jira workflow
  • 10+ years of experience in data visualization and dashboarding
  • BS / BA / MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience
