  • Lead all facets of global employee benefits, including strategic planning, design, implementation, regulatory compliance, communication, and administration for a diverse workforce.
  • Develop and mentor a global team of Regional Benefits Partners, driving operational excellence in benefit program administration.
  • Manage and negotiate domestic and international vendor relationships, monitor their performance, and conduct benchmarking assessments to identify trends and optimize benefit value.
