Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or STEM
  • 4-6+ years finance experience or 3+ years as investment banking associate
  • FINRA licensed including SIE, Series 63, and Series 79
  • Preferred MBA degree
  • Experience with sell-side and buy-side M&A processes
