The Westernslope Health Center is seeking a part-time experienced dietary cook responsible for managing kitchen operations in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting, possess a ServSafe certificate, and demonstrate the ability to prepare a variety of meals while maintaining sanitation standards

  • It is the responsibility of the cook to manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
  • Maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner.
  • Ability to prepare tasteful meals and to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
