Embedded within neurology and neuroimmunology outpatient clinics, providing direct patient care for individuals with complex neurological and immune-mediated disorders.
Partner closely with neurologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, care coordinators and pharmacy leadership to optimize disease-modifying therapies, support treatment initiation and transitions, and manage medication safety and access.
