Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local standards.
You will be required to assist in developing written policies, procedures, and discharge plans while participating in facility surveys and committee meetings such as Infection Control and Quality Assessment.
This role involves direct nursing care functions including starting IVs, obtaining specimens, monitoring medication passes, and ensuring that all personnel comply with established safety and sanitation regulations.
