  • Drive cross-functional improvement efforts to the Issue and Event Management Program, including enhancements to enterprise-wide practices around Root Cause Analysis.
  • Develop and deliver appropriate reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors, driving proactive analysis and reporting around issues and events to identify enterprise-wide themes, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
