Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Full stack development experience
Node.js, React, TypeScript expertise
SQL and Next.js proficiency
Experience with Sequelize and Git
CI/CD and Cloud (AWS preferred)
Nice-to-have
Flutter or mobile development experience
Strong mentoring and communication skills
Adaptability in fast-moving environments

Key Requirements
3+ years of full stack development experience
Comfortable with production support and stakeholder presentations
