Salary
Base: $25.38 - $37.23; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program and overtime pay available; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 10 days holidays plus PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7 years of maintenance experience
Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
Hydraulic and pneumatic pressure systems expertise
Solid troubleshooting skills for complex machinery
Adherence to FDA regulations and safety requirements
Nice-to-have
Experience with CMMS and building automation systems
Ability to train associates on production equipment
Self-motivated team player in a collaborative environment
Basic computer and Microsoft Office application knowledge
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent education
Associates degree preferred
7 years of maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment
