Responsible for team member evaluations, payroll, and provider bonus requests, while seeking to improve customer satisfaction scores and team member goals.
Participates in business development and marketing plans to grow the business, collaborating with the Director of Non Oncology Business Operations and sales team to achieve service, outcome and cost for the practices.

Associate's Degree
Bachelors’ Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
