Job Summary

• The Staff Meal / Employee Catering Cook is responsible for preparing nutritious, high-quality meals for venue employees, crew members, and support staff.
• This role focuses on efficient bulk cooking, menu planning, and timely service to ensure all team members are properly fueled during events and daily operations.
• The position reports directly to the Catering Chef and will assist with premium catering operations once employee meal service responsibilities are complete.
