Must-have
Extensive experience managing employee relations across Europe
Solid knowledge of European labour laws and regulations
Proven track record leading complex sensitive investigations
Experience managing Works Council relationships in France Germany Netherlands
Ability to navigate distinct labour landscapes across EMEA region
Nice-to-have
Multilingual preferred with fluent English and another European language
Strong presentation and training skills for educating managers
Experience with ER case management solutions and data analytics
Cultural awareness and deep empathy for diverse workforces
Pragmatic problem-solving approach with strong negotiation skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Employee/Labour Relations
Preferably CIPD qualified
Extensive experience in multiple EMEA jurisdictions including Germany Poland Czech Republic Italy Spain France Netherlands
Experience interacting with national-level Trade Unions and government bodies
