Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Extensive experience managing employee relations across Europe
  • Solid knowledge of European labour laws and regulations
  • Proven track record leading complex sensitive investigations
  • Experience managing Works Council relationships in France Germany Netherlands
  • Ability to navigate distinct labour landscapes across EMEA region

Nice-to-have

  • Multilingual preferred with fluent English and another European language
  • Strong presentation and training skills for educating managers
  • Experience with ER case management solutions and data analytics
  • Cultural awareness and deep empathy for diverse workforces
  • Pragmatic problem-solving approach with strong negotiation skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Employee/Labour Relations
  • Preferably CIPD qualified
  • Extensive experience in multiple EMEA jurisdictions including Germany Poland Czech Republic Italy Spain France Netherlands
  • Experience interacting with national-level Trade Unions and government bodies
