Job Summary

• The Field Service Associate will plan, coordinate, and support Boeing and Field Service personnel, maintain local Boeing presence, assist customers, and support logistical and administrative activities for Boeing travelers and Field Service operations.
• Key responsibilities include performing planning, coordination, and organization of Boeing focal and field personnel based on customer needs, coordinating field operation assignment procedures, training, and orientation, and providing guidance to Boeing personnel regarding local language, culture, and customs.
• This position requires strong local knowledge and the ability to represent Boeing in customer-facing situations, supporting operational continuity and customer satisfaction for Boeing’s products and services in the region.
