Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting and overseeing Pfizer’s compliance program to prevent and detect systemic compliance issues in the Japan market and related regional cluster.
The role involves partnering with Commercial, Medical, and enabling functions to identify compliance risks and provide risk-based guidance while supporting third-party risk management activities.
The manager will support strategic oversight of emerging technology, digital, data, and AI-related compliance risks and contribute to strengthening compliance culture and speak-up initiatives.
