Job Summary

  • The Machine Line Team Leader assists the Machine Line Supervisor and the Machining Operations Manager with the development and continued success of the team and the operation.
  • The ML Team Leader will assess requirements, develop plans, and provide needed materials, thus assuring that the work area is safe and that the product produced meets or exceeds customer expectation with regard to quality and productivity.
  • This role involves overseeing safety, productivity, conduct, housekeeping/5S, quality, and proper machine operation, while verifying adherence to documented procedures.
