Lead the operational team on production lines, transforming parts and raw materials into company products, sub-products, and components, aiming to maintain continuous and efficient operations.
Organize and allocate resources to effectively and efficiently achieve production line objectives, factory indicators, meeting the production plan (planning) in volume, quality, reporting, deadlines, and inventory service levels.
Contribute to the improvement of production performance by proposing improvements to processes and facilities, through daily monitoring of productive results and operator indications regarding maintenance issues.
