This is a hands-on, customer-facing position providing wayfinding assistance and general transportation information while supporting interior campus lot operations for a high-volume corporate shuttle system serving 20,000 Boeing employees daily.
Working primarily outdoors (~70% of time), specialists assist with crowd control, traffic flow, and customer service while supporting Transportation Field Supervisors and Customer Service Leads.
