This role will be responsible for the operation of open cut mine equipment to facilitate the production of coal.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Operate dozer equipment at mine site
Perform equipment pre-start inspections
Adhere to safety and environmental requirements
Work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
Operate auxiliary equipment like forklifts and cranes
Work in extreme weather and varying light conditions
Nice-to-have
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Train junior production employees
Support safety-first culture
Ability to work flexible schedules
Engage in a tight-knit community environment
Key Requirements
Three years’ experience operating dozer equipment
High School Degree or GED Equivalent
Ability to lift 10 - 50 lbs frequently
Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and overtime
