The Finance Manager will own the Japan P&L performance management and planning cadence, deliver high-quality insights and reporting to leadership, and ensure timely and accurate close.
This position also provides day-to-day leadership and coaching to one direct report.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business controlling
Business-level communication skills in Japanese and English
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems
