Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 1-5 years leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Experience implementing and maintaining TPM Systems
  • Familiarity with maintenance management system operations
  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Nice-to-have

  • Experience using Allen Bradley PLCs
  • Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems
  • Experience with Six Sigma / Lean / KHMS process improvement
  • Understanding of direct and overhead cost systems
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related Technical field
