Job Summary

• The Program Manager will report to the Head of North America A&H Underwriting and will be responsible for leading new and existing Accident and Health programs.
• Build and nurture proactive connections and deep working relationships with key stakeholders; including management, accounting, marketing, underwriting, operations, captive management, product development and sales to ensure alignment and timely delivery of objectives.

For positions based in Illinois, the base salary range is $125,000-$173,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package

• 5+ years of experience in Group Insurance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
• Strong understanding of Group Accident insurance products
• Ability to build relationships, internally and externally
• Travel (~15-20%)
