Key Requirements

  • Experience in IT support and/or IT operations
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender, Intune etc.
  • Ability to work independently and structured
  • Ability to explain technical solutions simply and pedagogically
  • Ability to work from the Stockholm office all days of the week
