Job Summary

  • The Associate Specialist supports the Site Learning & Development team by executing tactical day-to-day L&D activities including supporting continuous improvement projects, administrative duties, and planning and managing logistics of the learning activities at the site.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing logistics for training events, acting as a System Champion for multiple systems, and maintaining compliance through Learning Management System (LMS) reporting.
