Employees must report all changes in the residents' condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical and maintain strict confidentiality of protected health information.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring safety and comfort throughout the shift.
