The successful candidate will build and implement an EMEA Employee and Labour Relations strategy that aligns with company goals while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Must-have
Extensive experience managing employee relations
Solid knowledge of European labour laws
Experience with Works Council relationships
Proven track record in complex investigations
Ability to navigate multiple EMEA jurisdictions
Nice-to-have
Multilingual preferred with another European language
Strong presentation and training skills
Experience with ER case management solutions
Data analytics for strategic interventions
Cultural awareness of distinct labour landscapes
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Preferably CIPD qualified
Experience managing interactions with Trade Unions
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
