Job Summary
This fully onsite position is based out of the Dallas, TX offices and requires a candidate who loves diving deep into research and financial analysis.
You will optimize clients' real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models for single-tenant, multifamily, retail, industrial, and hospitality properties valued between $1-200MM.
The role involves designing sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow, including ground-up development and redevelopment opportunities.

Key Requirements
