Construction estimating software proficiency
Quantity survey of materials
Vendor and subcontractor bid coordination
Intermediate knowledge of construction management
Proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
Nice-to-have
Lean process and philosophy knowledge
Ability to conduct effective presentations
Training and mentorship skills
Collaboration with operations and field staff
Knowledge of insurance structures and fees
Key Requirements
3+ years estimating experience
Preference for 5+ years construction experience
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel overnight
