Job Summary

  • The Nutrition Care Dietitian will support the culinary medicine program at the Healthy Community Center (HCC) ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
  • This role includes screening assessments, individual and group education sessions, and participating in cooking demonstrations.
  • Staff Dietitians are responsible for providing nutritional care to patients which may include screening, nutrition assessment and care plan development, ongoing nutrition intervention, nutrition counseling and diet education according to department and medical center policies and procedures.
