  • The PAS Team Lead is integral to the overall patient experience by facilitating patient through-put, ensuring exceptional customer service and handling conflict resolution within the assigned department(s).

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years previous hospital registration/business office experience
  • Previous team lead experience desirable

  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate daily work load
