Job Summary

  • Tasked with driving AIG’s financial results and managing assigned wholesale broker at the U.S. company level, the Strategic Broker Leader will create clear goals that are defined.
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative KPI’s to measure success Promote profitable growth and/or retention and expand desired mix of business, Ensure AIG is deriving value and results out of any consulting or data services purchased from wholesale broker.
