15+ years network engineering experience
7+ years production-grade network automation
Python and Golang software engineering skills
IaC and API-driven large-scale automation
DCIM/IPAM platform experience like Nautobot or NetBox
Terraform and Ansible with reusable modules
Deep understanding of TCP/IP BGP EVPN VXLAN
Nice-to-have
Experience generating deployment artifacts from intent
