Base: $141,000.00 - $243,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Long-term incentive program available; Benefits: 401(k), pension, vacation, sick time, and parental leave

8+ years healthcare industry experience
5+ years pharmaceutical sales management
Formulary access negotiation skills
Integrated Health System account management
Cross-functional team leadership in matrix
Nice-to-have
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience with national GPOs and PBMs
Strong clinical and pharmacoeconomic data analysis
Prior engagement with C-suite stakeholders
Knowledge of oncology and hematology therapeutic areas
