  • Manage the RTLS Encompass infrastructure at all sites included in the region, monitor Encompass hardware performance, and perform remediation activities on all offline devices.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of Wi-Fi fundamentals
  • Ability to work independently
  • Clearly communicate and interface with stakeholders
