Job Summary
Provides management and direction for all procurement functions on a large domestic or international project, including purchasing, expediting, supplier data control, supplier quality, and traffic.
Monitors the productivity and technical proficiency of the assigned personnel, makes staffing assignments, and monitors staffing requirements and expenditures within budget constraints.
Ensures compliance with the Company’s business ethics policy and with the Conflict of Interest Policy, and conducts performance evaluations and offers training and development for assigned personnel.
