Twist Bioscience is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support for their global workforce. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Helpdesk and Desktop Support environments and be adept at troubleshooting hardware and software issues across multiple platforms

Job Summary

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to a global workforce across multiple locations, ensuring seamless IT operations for both in-office and remote users.
  • Support conference rooms and collaboration technology, laboratory, shipping, and other on-premise hardware, as well as network hardware and local printers.
  • Process new hire requests, image and deploy laptops, and conduct IT onboarding presentations, as well as process off-boarding requests including access revocation and asset recovery.
