Base: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, savings plan, PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8 years professional experience in science
Solid rocket motor component design analysis
Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
Project engineering for solids programs
Technical problem solving and failure investigation
Nice-to-have
Engineering leadership experience in development
Coordination across multiple design test groups
Experience with Decision Focus or Fault-tree
Demonstrated credibility with government customers
Strong sense of urgency and work ethic
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science with 8 years experience
Must have ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance
5+ years experience in solid rocket motor design or project engineering
U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance
