Job Summary

  • The Credit Portfolio Associate plays a meaningful role in supporting HarbourVest’s Private Credit team with capital raising, portfolio management, and operational execution.
  • This position provides extensive exposure to portfolio operations, data management, marketing and fundraising activities, fund modeling, and the overall investment process.
  • You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Credit deal teams, Credit Distribution, Quantitative Investment Science (QIS), Technology, Solutions, and Accounting, and coordinate with external fund administrators.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
  • Technical proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • SQL, Python, Power BI, Snowflake preferred
  • Allvue Portfolio Management familiarity is a plus
  • CFA and/or CAIA designation is a plus
