  • This role is responsible for the leadership and direction of operational functions including central pharmacy and central fill operations, while assisting in the oversight of pharmacy automation, optimizing staffing, workflow, and drug utilization.
  • The Director works closely with the Chief Pharmacy Officer on capital and operating budgets, including operational oversight of the CPSC and the annual pharmaceutical budget, and ensures compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory agency standards.
