The successful candidate will lead transaction processes from initial screening through post-completion integration while managing deal pipelines and reporting to the Group M&A team.
Key responsibilities include developing appropriate deal structures, preparing investment models, and overseeing performance reviews to ensure long-term value creation across the portfolio.
